Welcome to Portland Christian Schools!  We’re glad you are considering Portland Christian for your children.
 
We believe that the home and family are the primary source of learning and we would be honored to partner with you to equip your children for life.
 
Our purpose at Portland Christian is to challenge each student to achieve his or her utmost potential with rigorous academics, positive social relationships, Christian moral values, physical activity, and extra-curricular opportunities.  We take seriously our charge to prepare our students to succeed in college and beyond.
 
God’s word, the Bible, is our foundation.  We challenge students to know the Bible and to live according to biblical standards.  We value critical thinking and teach our students the skills they will need to evaluate their culture and climate in light of God’s word. Every student at Portland Christian is encouraged to know and love the Lord and to serve him wholeheartedly. 
 
In every area of instruction and activity – from academics to sports to the arts to everyday relationships – our prayer and our goal for every student is that they will flourish outrageously!
