ECE & Elementary Principal
Rhonda earned both of her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Social Work from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, and earned her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University. She also maintains her ACSI Principal Certification. Rhonda and her husband, Glenn, are the parents of three children.
Interim Jr./Sr. High School Principal
Mrs. James holds a B.A. in Education, an M.Ed. in Administration from Concordia University, and an Oregon Administrative License. As Interim Principal for the Jr./Sr. HS program, Mrs. James supports 6th-12th grade students and teachers in all aspects of the educational process. Mrs. James also serves as adviser for the National Honor Society.
Athletics and Facilities Director
Kyle earned his Masters of Science in Leadership and Educational Administration from Capella University. He also holds a Graduate Teaching License in Physical Education and Fitness from Corban University. Kyle played collegiate level basketball and has coached soccer, golf, and track. He and his wife Katie have four young children.
Development Director
Laurie received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Washington State University's Edward R. Murrow School of Communications. She is an active board member of Cougar Athletics for the Portland region. Laurie and her husband Harold have three daughters at PCS.
Alumni Relations Director
Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, a Master of Science degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of Montana, and teaching and administrative credentials from the state of Oregon, and ACSI. After teaching science, German, wilderness survival, and first aid at PCS, Jeanne became the Jr./Sr. High School Principal in 1982. Twenty years later, she was appointed the Director of Alumni and International Relations. Jeanne has two grown children, both PCS alumni.
Financial Officer
Mark holds a B.S. in Business Administration from City University (Bellevue) and a Graduate Banking Certificate from The Institute of Financial Education (Chicago). Mark and his wife, DeDe are the parents of four children.

Sheila earned her Bachelor of Arts in Teaching with a Reading Endorsement from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, and her Master in the Arts of Teaching degree from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
