Protecting the personal, private and confidential information of our students and families, staff, faculty, web site visitors to PCSCHOOLS.org web site, and visitors to the Portland Christian Schools campuses, whether obtained electronically, over the telephone or through our offices, is a fundamental principle, and integral to the way we do business. We therefore operate on the basis of a Privacy Policy that guides the handling of any and all personal information that we collect.

Purpose of Personal Information

The PCS website gathers personal information, such as first and last names, home addresses, e-mail addresses, only when voluntarily submitted by you. If you make an online giving pledge or purchase, personal information will be collected from you in order to process that giving pledge or purchase. In the portal pages, you have the ability to update your profile information at your discretion.

A primary method of communication to the PCS community is via e-mail and the PCS website, rest assured we are not some faceless school if you have concerns of any kind we are always available via telephone (503) 256-3960 or for a personal meeting at one of our campus offices during normal operations hours. If you do not wish to receive e-mails generated from this website or otherwise, you may click on "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the e-mail. Please be aware that even if you choose to unsubscribe, if a situation arises that we feel is pertinent for you to be aware of, we will contact you by e-mail to alert you.

We will not sell or trade any personal information with any third party for any reason, exception: PCS will disclose personal information if required to do so by state and federal law or comply with legal process served on PCS or the PCS web site.
