ISP Application Forms
Portland Christian High School accepts applications from high school age students, grades 9-12, who are interested in pursuing a university education, and in learning about the Christian faith.
While most students plan to study until graduation, students wishing to study for only one year are also welcome.
Students will be granted admission based on:
- Academic history
- Recommendations
- Student questionnaire answers
Applicants who have been selected for admission will be provided the I-20 immigration documents. This will allow the student to apply for an F-1 student visa.

1. There are four (4) parts to the application form. Fill out every part.
(Please note: The forms are not designed to allow you to begin a form and then return to complete it at a later time. You must complete and submit this form in the same session. If you would like a copy of your responses for your own records, remember to PRINT THE CONFIRMATION MESSAGE when you receive it.)

2. Application fee of $250, plus $120 for host family placement fee.
- Application fees are non-refundable
- By wire transfer: Contact the Admissions Office or call 503-256-3960 x265 for instructions
- By mail/postal service: Include a check or money order made payable to "Portland Christian Schools"
Fill out, sign and submit online the following forms, or print them out, then, mail or scan or fax.
5. ISP Recommendations: Give this form link to three non-family members to fill out, sign and submit online.
Submit the following required supplemental forms and documents by either:
a. Mailing to PCS, or
b. Scanning and e-mailing the Admissions Office
c. Faxing to the attention of the International Admissions Office at 503-256-2773
6. Emergency Treatment and Extra Curricular Activities Permission - PDF document to be printed
7. Physical Exam (form or letter from a doctor)
8. Certificate of Immunization Status
9. Income Statement: Letter from employer, or other document verifying annual income
10. Official English Transcripts: All academic work completed from grade eight (8) to present
11. Copy of student’s passport
12. Current original computer based English test like TOEFL or other English test score

Once your application (remember to include the additional required documents) and fee have been received, PCS will begin to process your application and contact you.
