Portland Christian’s Preschool Program (ECE) is designed to meet your child’s current needs while preparing them for kindergarten. We provide a safe, loving environment where young students can grow intellectually, developmentally, socially, and spiritually.
Children who are 2-1/2 years and older, and fully potty trained, are eligible to attend our preschool program. We offer morning-only or full-day options.
Our play-based, child-centered approach fosters connection and community during these important early years. Hands-on learning sparks our youngest learners’ curiosity and keeps them engaged as they develop essential kindergarten readiness skills.

USDA-approved breakfast and snacks are provided, and lunch is also provided for full-day preschool students.
Parents are encouraged to go on field trips, attend Christmas and spring music programs, get involved in Parent Committee meetings, and come to class parties. Other events are announced in newsletters that come home each month.
